Account Settings

Account Settings and User Management

Properly configured account settings ensure security and smooth operations across all your businesses in Klubbil.

Personal Profile Settings

Updating Your Profile

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
  2. Select Profile Settings
  3. Update your information:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Profile picture
    • Password
    • Two-factor authentication
  4. Click Save Changes

Notification Preferences

Customize how and when you receive notifications:

  1. Navigate to Profile SettingsNotifications
  2. Configure notification types:
    • Email notifications
    • In-app notifications
    • SMS alerts
  3. Set notification frequency and priority levels
  4. Configure business-specific notification rules

Team Management

Inviting Team Members

Add team members to collaborate across your businesses:

  1. Go to SettingsTeam Members
  2. Click + Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select which businesses they can access
  5. Assign appropriate role(s)
  6. Add a personalized message (optional)
  7. Click Send Invitation

Roles and Permissions

Configure access levels for team members:

  1. Navigate to SettingsRoles & Permissions
  2. View existing roles or create custom roles
  3. Define permissions for each role:
    • Invoice management
    • Client management
    • Payment processing
    • Report access
    • Settings modification
  4. Assign roles to team members per business

Business-Specific Access

Control which team members can access each business:

  1. Go to SettingsBusinesses
  2. Select a business
  3. Navigate to the Team Access tab
  4. Add or remove team members
  5. Set business-specific roles for each team member

Security Settings

Two-Factor Authentication

Enhance account security:

  1. Navigate to Profile SettingsSecurity
  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Choose your preferred method:
    • Authenticator app
    • SMS verification
    • Email verification
  4. Follow the setup instructions
  5. Save backup codes in a secure location

Session Management

Monitor and control account sessions:

  1. Go to Profile SettingsSecurityActive Sessions
  2. View all devices currently logged into your account
  3. Terminate suspicious or unused sessions
  4. Configure automatic session timeout settings

API Access and Keys

Manage API integration settings:

  1. Navigate to SettingsAPI & Integrations
  2. Generate API keys for third-party integrations
  3. Set API usage limits and permissions
  4. Monitor API activity and requests
  5. Revoke keys when no longer needed

Subscription and Billing

Managing Your Subscription

View and update your Klubbil subscription:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling & Subscription
  2. View current plan details and usage
  3. Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  4. Adjust the number of businesses or users
  5. View billing history and download invoices

Payment Methods

Manage payment methods for your Klubbil subscription:

  1. Navigate to SettingsBilling & SubscriptionPayment Methods
  2. Add, edit, or remove payment methods
  3. Set default payment method
  4. Update billing address and information

Data Management

Data Export

Export your business data:

  1. Go to SettingsData ManagementExport
  2. Select which data to export:
    • All business data
    • Client information
    • Invoice history
    • Payment records
  3. Choose export format (CSV, Excel, PDF)
  4. Initiate the export

Data Retention

Configure data retention policies:

  1. Navigate to SettingsData ManagementRetention
  2. Set retention periods for different data types
  3. Configure automatic archiving
  4. Set up regular data backups

Best Practices

  • Review team member access regularly, especially after role changes
  • Enable two-factor authentication for all accounts
  • Use unique, strong passwords
  • Regularly update contact information
  • Keep payment information current
  • Review active sessions periodically
  • Maintain clear separation of roles between team members
  • Document custom permission configurations
