Properly configured account settings ensure security and smooth operations across all your businesses in Klubbil.
Personal Profile Settings
Updating Your Profile
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
- Select Profile Settings
- Update your information:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile picture
- Password
- Two-factor authentication
- Click Save Changes
Notification Preferences
Customize how and when you receive notifications:
- Navigate to Profile Settings → Notifications
- Configure notification types:
- Email notifications
- In-app notifications
- SMS alerts
- Set notification frequency and priority levels
- Configure business-specific notification rules
Team Management
Inviting Team Members
Add team members to collaborate across your businesses:
- Go to Settings → Team Members
- Click + Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select which businesses they can access
- Assign appropriate role(s)
- Add a personalized message (optional)
- Click Send Invitation
Roles and Permissions
Configure access levels for team members:
- Navigate to Settings → Roles & Permissions
- View existing roles or create custom roles
- Define permissions for each role:
- Invoice management
- Client management
- Payment processing
- Report access
- Settings modification
- Assign roles to team members per business
Business-Specific Access
Control which team members can access each business:
- Go to Settings → Businesses
- Select a business
- Navigate to the Team Access tab
- Add or remove team members
- Set business-specific roles for each team member
Security Settings
Two-Factor Authentication
Enhance account security:
- Navigate to Profile Settings → Security
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Choose your preferred method:
- Authenticator app
- SMS verification
- Email verification
- Follow the setup instructions
- Save backup codes in a secure location
Session Management
Monitor and control account sessions:
- Go to Profile Settings → Security → Active Sessions
- View all devices currently logged into your account
- Terminate suspicious or unused sessions
- Configure automatic session timeout settings
API Access and Keys

- Generate API keys for third-party integrations
- Set API usage limits and permissions

View and update your Klubbil subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription
- View current plan details and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Adjust the number of businesses or users
- View billing history and download invoices
Payment Methods
Manage payment methods for your Klubbil subscription:
- Navigate to Settings → Billing & Subscription → Payment Methods
- Add, edit, or remove payment methods
- Set default payment method
- Update billing address and information

Export your business data:
- Go to Settings → Data Management → Export
- Select which data to export:
- All business data
- Client information
- Invoice history
- Payment records
- Choose export format (CSV, Excel, PDF)
- Initiate the export
