Invoice Customization

Klubbil allows you to create highly customized, professional invoices that reflect your brand identity for each business you manage.

Invoice Templates

Selecting a Template

  1. Go to SettingsInvoice Templates
  2. Browse through available templates
  3. Click Preview to see how each template looks
  4. Select the template that best fits your business style
  5. Click Apply Template

Creating a Custom Template

For more control over your invoice design:

  1. Go to SettingsInvoice Templates
  2. Click Create Custom Template
  3. Start from a blank canvas or modify an existing template
  4. Use the visual editor to design your template
  5. Save your custom template

Branding Elements

Logo and Colors

  1. Navigate to the template editor
  2. Upload your business logo (recommended size: 300×200px)
  3. Select your brand colors for:
    • Header background
    • Text colors
    • Accent elements
    • Table headers

Fonts and Typography

  1. Choose from available font families
  2. Set font sizes for different elements:
    • Headings
    • Body text
    • Table contents
    • Footer information

Invoice Content Customization

Standard Fields

Customize the display and naming of standard fields:

  1. Business information (name, address, registration numbers)
  2. Client information
  3. Invoice details (number, date, due date)
  4. Line items (description, quantity, price, amount)
  5. Subtotal, tax, and total fields

Custom Fields

Add business-specific fields to your invoices:

  1. Go to SettingsCustom Fields
  2. Click Add Field
  3. Define the field (name, type, default value)
  4. Choose where it appears on the invoice
  5. Set visibility rules (always show, conditional, etc.)

Payment Information

Customize how payment information appears:

  1. Bank account details
  2. Payment terms and conditions
  3. Late payment fees and policies
  4. Online payment links and QR codes

Multi-Language Support

Create invoices in multiple languages:

  1. Go to SettingsLanguages
  2. Enable the languages you need
  3. Translate custom text and terms
  4. Set default language per business or per client

Business-Specific Templates

Manage different templates for each business:

  1. Navigate to SettingsBusinesses
  2. Select a business
  3. Go to the Invoice Templates tab
  4. Assign specific templates to this business
  5. Customize the template with business-specific branding

Dynamic Content

Add conditional elements to your invoices:

  1. Thank you messages based on client type
  2. Special offers or discounts
  3. Payment reminders
  4. Seasonal greetings

Invoice PDF Export

Control how your invoices appear when exported to PDF:

  1. Page size and orientation
  2. Margins and spacing
  3. Header and footer content
  4. Background elements and watermarks

  • Keep your designs clean and professional
  • Ensure important information is clearly visible
  • Test your templates with different invoice amounts and line items
  • Balance branding with readability
