Setting Up Multiple Businesses
Klubbil allows you to manage multiple business entities from a single account, streamlining your administration and financial processes.
Adding a New Business
- Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Businesses
- Click the + Add Business button in the top right corner
- Fill in the required information:
- Business name
- Business registration number
- Business address
- Contact information
- Tax identification number
- Default currency
- Default tax rate
- Upload your business logo (recommended dimensions: 300×200px)
- Click Save Business
Switching Between Businesses
Once you have multiple businesses set up:
- Use the business selector in the top navigation bar
- Click on the business name to open a dropdown with all your businesses
- Select the business you want to switch to
- The dashboard will refresh with data specific to the selected business
Business-Specific Settings
Each business entity can have its own unique settings:
- Invoice Templates: Create branded templates specific to each business
- Payment Methods: Configure different payment options for each business
- Tax Settings: Set up tax rates specific to the jurisdiction of each business
- Team Members: Invite team members with business-specific access levels
Sharing Resources Between Businesses
Klubbil allows you to share certain resources between your businesses for efficiency:
- Clients: Assign the same client to multiple businesses
- Products/Services: Share your catalog across businesses while maintaining business-specific pricing
- Team Members: Grant access to team members across multiple businesses with customized permissions
Reporting Across Businesses
Get a holistic view of your financial performance:
- Navigate to Reports → Multi-Business Overview
- View consolidated financial metrics across all businesses
- Compare performance between businesses
- Filter data by date range, business type, or other parameters
Best Practices
- Give each business a distinctive name and logo for easy identification
- Schedule regular reviews of all business settings to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Consider setting up dedicated notification preferences for each business
- Use labels and tags consistently across businesses for easier reporting
